  • 1 lb spicy breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, Bisquick, drained Rotel, and shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
