Easter Dirt Cups are a fun and festive no-bake dessert made with layers of colorful pudding, crushed Oreos, and Easter-themed toppings like Peeps and candy eggs. Perfect for kids and holiday celebrations, these easy-to-make treats are as delicious as they are adorable!

- 1 package (3.9 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 package Oreo cookies, crushed (filling removed)
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- Green food coloring (for coconut “grass”)
- Additional food coloring (to tint pudding layers)
- Easter Peeps (marshmallow bunnies or chicks)
- Easter candy eggs (such as Cadbury Mini Eggs or M&Ms)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Divide the pudding into separate bowls and tint each with pastel food coloring.
- Gently fold Cool Whip into each colored pudding to create a light, fluffy texture.
- Place crushed Oreos at the bottom of serving cups.
- Layer the pudding, alternating colors, with crushed Oreos in between. Finish with a final layer of Oreos on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In a small container, mix shredded coconut with a few drops of green food coloring. Shake until evenly tinted.
- Just before serving, sprinkle coconut “grass” on top. Decorate with Peeps and candy eggs.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Serve in clear cups for a beautiful layered presentation.
