Description

A quick and stunning no-cook flatbread inspired by the flavors of a charcuterie board. With creamy burrata, crisp apples, salty cured meat, and a honey drizzle, it’s the perfect five-minute appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 store-bought flatbreads or naan, toasted

  • 3 oz prosciutto (or halal cured meat)

  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced

  • 2 burrata balls (4 oz each)

  • 1/4 cup chopped Marcona almonds

  • Fresh basil, torn

  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Toast the flatbread until warm and slightly crispy.

  • Slice the apple thinly and tear burrata into bite-sized chunks.

  • Layer flatbread with cured meat, apple slices, and burrata.

  • Sprinkle almonds and basil on top.

  • Drizzle generously with honey. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, skip the meat and add more cheese or roasted veggies.
  • Use gluten-free flatbread if needed. Serve immediately for best texture.
